Help me find this CursorXP skin

I had it a while ago and now I can't find it.
It was as small as the REALmini skin, but it flashed neon rainbow colors very quickly, and it didn't change when you went over a link or went to make a window bigger, can someone help? I've been through every page on this site.

Don't have any old screenshots lying about do you? That would be very useful.

Other than that, I have no idea.
